Privacy

What we store

For owners: your email, name, locale, and the places you create. For guests: the moments they leave (text, optional photo or audio), an anonymous device cookie used to attribute scans and reactions, and the table they scanned from. We never store IP addresses long-term.

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU) for product analytics. PostHog runs in the EU and is configured to treat anonymous visitors as such — no cross-site tracking.

Moderation

When a guest leaves a moment, the text is briefly sent to Anthropic's Claude classifier to check for hate speech, harassment, or spam. The classifier doesn't train on your data and we don't retain its requests.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can export or delete your account's data at any time. Email privacy@almamoments.com and we'll process the request within 30 days.
